Payment Policy

At Webda Studio, we provide professional digital services including Web Design, Full-Stack Web Development, UI/UX Design, and Custom SaaS Solutions. We strive to make our billing process for these digital services as transparent and convenient as possible. This Payment Policy outlines our accepted payment methods, invoicing procedures, and refund guidelines.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment methods for our clients worldwide to pay for our web development services:

  • Automated Payment Gateway (UddoktaPay): We accept major mobile financial services including bKash and Nagad. Payments made via this method are instantly verified.
  • Cryptocurrency (Cryptomus): For our international clients, we use Cryptomus as our secure cryptocurrency payment gateway. We need Cryptomus to allow our global clients to seamlessly pay for our web development and design services using USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and other major cryptocurrencies. Exchange rates are locked in at the time of checkout.
  • Manual Bank Transfer: We accept direct bank transfers to our official bank accounts. Please note that bank transfers require manual verification and may take 1-3 business days to process.

2. Invoicing and Billing

All projects are billed according to the agreed-upon proposal.

  • Upfront Payments: New projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins.
  • Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestones. Work on subsequent milestones will begin only after the previous milestone invoice has been cleared.
  • Due Dates: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. A late fee may apply for invoices overdue by more than 14 days.

3. Payment Security

Your financial security is our priority. Webda Studio does not store your credit card or wallet details on our servers. All automated transactions are processed securely through our verified third-party payment providers (UddoktaPay and Cryptomus) using industry-standard encryption.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, your deposit will be refunded in full (minus any transaction fees).
  • During the Project: If you choose to terminate a project while it is in progress, you will be billed for the hours completed up to that point. Any remaining balance from your deposit will be refunded.
  • Completed Work: We do not offer refunds for completed milestones or delivered final products that meet the initial project specifications.

5. Currency and Exchange Rates

All our invoices are generated in USD by default. When paying via local gateways (e.g., UddoktaPay), the amount is automatically converted to BDT using the live mid-market exchange rate at the time of checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are pegged to the USD value of the invoice at the moment the transaction is initiated.
