Cookies Policy

1. Global Cookie & Tracking Architecture
Webda Studio employs cookies, web beacons, pixels, and localized storage algorithms to deliver a seamless international user experience. This Cookies Policy adheres to the European Union's ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR, and global telecommunications regulations governing digital tracking technologies.
2. Zero-Trust & Consent First Approach
We operate on a strict prior-consent architecture for all jurisdictions mandating it (e.g., the EEA and UK). Non-essential cookies and cross-border analytics trackers are blocked by default until explicit, affirmative consent is provided via our cryptographic cookie consent banner.
3. Categorization of Tracking Modules
- Strictly Necessary (Exempt from Consent): Core session tokens required for platform operability, firewall routing (Cloudflare), and consultation schedulers (Cal.com). These cannot be deactivated.
- Cross-Border Analytics: Telemetry tokens used to aggregate global traffic data. We utilize privacy-conscious, anonymized tracking frameworks that automatically mask PII and IP addresses.
- Global Preference Tokens: Localized data packets storing your UI state (e.g., dark mode preferences) and internationalization (i18n) locale selections.
4. Managing Your Global Consent State
You retain absolute sovereignty over your tracking footprint. You may revoke or modify your consent at any time via our privacy dashboard or your browser's local security settings. Furthermore, our platform honors the "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signal transmitted by compliant browsers, automatically rejecting non-essential international tracking. If you choose to permanently delete your account and associated telemetry data, this complete deletion process will take up to 30 days.
5. Law Enforcement & Legal Compliance
We strictly comply with US, International, and local laws. User data and tracking records may be disclosed, preserved, or shared if formally requested by authorized domestic and international legal or law enforcement organizations (such as the FBI, CBI, Interpol, or equivalent agencies) under a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant, to investigate fraud, security breaches, or other illegal activities.
